Geographically, the procurement/project covers the five West Yorkshire local authorities of Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Wakefield and Kirklees and the City of York. There may also be an opportunity to utilise additional gain-share from the previous broadband contracts estimated to be up to £3.6m.
