By delivering services which support the full range of sensory impairments the service will seek to reduce duplication and create a simple pathway for people living with multiple sensory impairments enabling them to access support which meets their needs. Our local sensory loss registers indicate that the current service supports approximately 2000 people on the Isle of Wight with varying levels of support needs.
