Automated running of single and multiplex RNAscope (chromogenic and fluorescent detection). Automated running of BaseScope chromogenic identification protocols. Must allow the use of researcher defined reagents/detection systems/protocols and protocol editing including defining incubation temperatures and times Have a footprint no larger than 800mm (W)/720mm (H)/780mm (D) due to access and laboratory space constraints.
