The role will be based at Oldbury Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE. We require one Solicitor to cover civil and housing law and need someone else with general litigation and education law experience We are looking for candidates who have the following experience: Qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Fellow of CILEx of at least 5 years Experience in Education Law within a Local Authority Experience in General Civil Litigation within a Local Authority Advocacy Experience in Courts and Tribunals General knowledge of Local Government law. Experience of providing advice to internal and external clients Ability to undertake workload with minimal supervision. Local authority experience required.
