The E-Learning System must be hosted by the Contractor and have the capacity to facilitate an initial 600 users with the flexibility to extend the capacity of users to a maximum of 1000 if required over the lifetime of the contract. The successful Contractor must be able to arrange for on-site training to be given to staff at Derby Homes' London Road depot in Derby, and must also be able to demonstrate a working E-Learning System that meets the requirements set out in the specification prior to the contract being awarded.
