This contract will develop, promote and operate a high-quality service on behalf of Essex County Council that enables the residents and commercial businesses (via a bureau service) of Essex to; - Switch gas and/or electricity providers and, - reduce energy costs based on their individual circumstances and, - support the Authority in its aim to reduce fuel poverty within the County of Essex.
