The work of the Supplier will be divided into four key components namely: - Independent monitoring to verify and triangulate partner reporting in Libya and Mali (with the potential to expand to Niger if required) II. A rapid research and evidence facility to ensure that the programme learns from and builds the evidence base on route-based programming III. Assessments of lead partner M&E systems in each of the nine focus countries IV. Convening of 3 learning forums.
