[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Homes England are require specialist Suppliers to undertake the following works on the Ida Darwin Hospital- Site clearance works. - Soft strip and asbestos removal/disposal from buildings located around site. - Vibration/dust/asbestos monitoring. - Demolition of existing above ground structures to ground. - Removal of below ground structures - Removal of Phase 1 Utilities including the separation from the services being retained in Phase 2 and the adjacent Steiner school - Crushing/testing/certification of suitable site-won material. - Provision of sub station and generator Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP. Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division). This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by Homes England and the contract between Homes England and supplier. Bidders should highlight any areas they consider commercially sensitive in order for Homes England to be able to honour our transparency obligations without undermining the bidders commercial interests.
