Wolverhampton Homes (WH) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation, wholly owned by the Wolverhampton City Council, during the life of the contract WH may act as the Clients representative/agent. The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT MTC 2016 Measured Term Contract 2016, with any relevant Amendments. It is assumed that any supplier returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis. A schedule of amendments for the standard JCT MTC 2016 Measured Term Contract 2016 have been included as part of this ITT.
