The outcome from this service will include articulation of these models in a way that is clear on the scale of change required and can form part of a business case for NHS commissioner consideration for investment. The work will provide a definition of the clinical vision and longer term MCP goals and outcomes to a level of detail that can then allow for development of more detailed activity and finance modelling work on the scale of opportunity.
