The primary objective of the asset management strategy is to ensure that the Council's property portfolio is managed with financial prudency, balanced with ensuring that the Council continues to meet all of its statutory obligations as a Local Authority, including ensuring that all planned & cyclical improvement work programmes are strategically undertaken.
