The service will require a like for like replacement of the existing laundry facilities and decoration of new locations when required. An installation programme will be required prioritised by access, existing machine serviceability and availability. A percentage of takings is to be paid to the University. All servicing, maintenance and repair is to be undertaken by the supplier and a refresh of the laundry areas throughout the contract. The supplier is required to work with the University to promote the facilities to the student community. Please refer to Delta ITT Access Code Y2T3W426K3 where further information and instructions is available. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
