The framework will cover, but not limited to, new builds, extension, refurbishment and maintenance requirements. -The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from 01 January 2019, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. -This framework agreement is being advertised and tendered so it can be utilised by all Public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK.
