As Phase 1 of these proposals, Staffordshire County Council would like to hear from bidders who have the capability and experience to sensitively undertake works to improve the appearance and sustainability of seven heritage assets and the site entrance at Greenway Bank Country Park. This will be through stabilising, conserving, and where possible and appropriate, enhancing them so that they may be included within the proposed heritage trail. Estimated budget is approximately £125,000.
