This project forms part of the EU LIFE funded Natural Course Phase 3 programme and is constrained by the terms of this funding. The overall project will take a high level look at water governance across the region, look more specifically at the governance in Cumbria, asses existing work as well as domestic and international best practice and recommend a suitable governance structure to be trailed in Cumbria and how this can be implemented. The contract has been awarded to a single contractor as set out in the original notice.
