The site will enable landlords to self-assess their properties and allow Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council the functionality to remove properties or landlords that are unsuitable. The estimated annual value for the delivery of this application is £6,000 and the contract period will be for 3 years, commencing 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2021.
