The estimated value of this Framework is 300m GBP (c.200m GBP of this value will be attributed to Connected's projects and c.100m GBP to additional framework users (see VI.3).Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes.
