The general scope of services required includes the removal and replacement of the internal up-flow units, external roof mounted condensers, interconnecting refrigerant pipework, localised domestic water pipework and waste water drainage systems. Minor builders work would be required to make access available into suspended ceilings for services installation, to make good areas of the floors finishes including paint redecoration.
