[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are seeking to appoint two Service Providers for the Grounds Maintenance Services to Council housing estates and playground inspections. - Lot 1 / Contract 1, is for works predominately in the North of the Borough. - Lot 2 / Contract 2, is predominately in the South of the Borough. The Grounds Maintenance Services will comprise of the upkeep and clearance of the landscaped areas of the estates within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, comprising:- - Grassed Areas - Shrubs/Rose Beds/Flower Beds - Trees - up to 3.0m - Hedges - Hard Surfaces - Safety Surfaces - Play Areas - Inspections - Planters - Including Hanging Baskets - Signs and Sign Posts - Winter Preparations - Gritting Pathways - Bins - the inspection and identification of necessary works to playgrounds on the estates The Procurement Documents, including all communications relating thereto, will be undertaken via the Procurement Portal ([capitalesourcing.com](https://www.capitalesourcing.com)) Additional information: The Procurement, including all communications relating thereto, will be undertaken via the Procurement Portal ([capitalesourcing.com](https://www.capitalesourcing.com)).
