(A total of approx. 20-25 individuals). This group undertook a leadership development programme during 2016/17 and have had a number of subsequent team development days. Despite this, we are not seeing the shift in behaviour that should be expected. As part of our commitment to develop a more engaged workforce it is imperative that this group of managers are performing effectively, both on an individual basis and within their respective teams. Under the guidance of, and in partnership with, the Head of Learning & Development, we are looking for a sole provider to design and implement a series of engaging interventions with this team to engender behavioural change and alignment as a team.
