It is expected that the successful consultant will work to achieve the project objectives through provision of professional advice in support of Homes England's internal approvals and disposal process within agreed timescales by successfully identifying a purchaser and helping a legal agreement to be completed. Key Deliverables: STAGE 1: To undertake soft market testing (with Homes England) and provide market commentary to support Homes England's G3 approval (Approval of Disposal Process and Evaluation Criteria). STAGE 2: Assuming that a policy compliant disposal via DPP3 is confirmed, preparation for, and undertaking the marketing of the site to the Homes England's Delivery Partner Panel and management of the procurement process.
