Project name-the Greening Derelict, Underused and Neglected Land Demonstrator Project.The Council own the land on which the scheme is to be built, and will own the solar PV plant once it is commissioned and handed over.Seeking EPC (Engineer Procure and Construct) proposals for the turn-key design, installation and commissioning of the 1MWp solar farm.Following completion of the construction works.
