The CCGs wish to invite any interested party / Provider to submit their feedback, on the attached form, no later than 5pm 10th January 2020 by return to . The attached form has a series of questions about your current service(s) and services you could provide in the near future, as well as your experiences of providing these services and responding to tenders. We wish to learn as much as possible from expert Providers, so any constructive information is gratefully received.
