Identifying and managing Technical Risks on Live Service. Attendance at LAN Service Review Meeting. - Investigation and support to Live Service UPS provision and policy review - Resolution of LAN issues relating to technical information use/gaps and LAN/VLAN configuration/management. - Review and refinement of technical content of LAN & WAN Service Catalogues. - Review of Call Off Operating Manual (COOM) documents. - Review of refinement of Contractual Site Support/timeframes to ensure they match Operational & Local Site requirements. - Review of Legacy & Current Datasets to ensure they are accessible to SMB. - Review ownership, management & maintenance of Pits and Ducts containing ICT cabling on MOD sites. - Lead, formalise and document Crypto Custodian responsibilities in support of ISS ICT support, LAN side encryption, WAN Encryption, Micro-wave Radio Links & technical aspects of transition of WAN services to GC. - Review & monitor ISS & MOD progress related to Misc. Comms Service & Point to Point 'tail' low bandwidth services. - Review & collate evidence on active unmanaged equipment (media convertors/FOLES & FOLDS) to drive service improvement reducing service restoration timescales. - Technical Support to improvement work strands associated with LAN & WAN services - Review of catalogue services and change processes that can be used by non-core systems exploiting 'LAN Share arrangements at S and OS. - Review and monitor LAN switch obsolescence and potential risk to live service.
