The service will provide the support necessary for young people to develop their independent living skills and move on to settled accommodation. The authority endeavours to accommodate the young people within the borough of Milton Keynes and accessible local authorities unless, in exceptional cases, the particular circumstances of the young person concerned demand otherwise. The framework agreement is being procuredUnder Regulations 74 to 77 of the public contracts Regulations 2015. The authority anticipates occasionally providing opportunities for additional panelists to join the framework.
