The Council is one of twelve local councils participating in the Social Care Digital Innovation Programme for 2018/2019. The Council wishes to procure software development services to build and deliver a system known as the 'Core'. The 'Core' will be used as an integral part of the National Assistive Technologies Test Bed to collect and collate information being sent from a range of connected devices which are currently being procured.
