The key elements to the agreement are as follows: • Access to a subscription service designed to keep our operation up to date with the latest transport laws and regulations. Potentially this could include but is not limited to a dedicated website containing useful tools and resources, email service and free telephone access to support. • Due diligence (confidence and assurance) checks. An annual programme of checks on our partner operators who operate supported and deminimis services on behalf of merseytravel.
