This service will provide training to children and young people and involves developing personal mobility, navigation and independent living skills. The Council wishes to test the level of market interest in such a service before commencing any procurement process. The proposed contract period will potentially be for four years. It is anticipated that the contract will begin on the 1st April 2020.
