The DPS comprises the following categories (Lots): • Lot 1 Demolition & Dismantling Services • Lot 2 Land Remediation • Lot 3 Full Groundworks Services • Lot 4 Construction Services (up to £1M) • Lot 5 Construction Services (Over £1M) • Lot 6 Modern methods of Construction • Lot 7 Principal Contractor (Full Management Service) The DPS is intended to cover all construction and development work including but not limited to new build, demolition, renovation and refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance.
