The equipment service delivers, collects, decontaminates and repairs and is also responsible for carrying out minor adaptations to the home. The Service shall be provided in a manner that meets the principles of Best Value, including but not limited to value for money, service quality, service performance, high levels of customer care and communications and best and appropriate use of all available resources.
