The Council needs to purchase beds at an affordable rate so that it can provide as many beds as possible within the borough of Solihull that can be accessed by Solihull residents when the need arises. The provider will be required to supply 30 beds to the Council and the remaining 30 beds will be for the appointed provider to manage and sell to the private market.
