The Council own and maintain 31 properties which range from public toilets, community centres, industrial units, leisure centres and offices. It is responsible for repairs and maintenance of these buildings to ensure their continued suitability for the people that use them as well as maintaining the value of the buildings as public assets. All buildings are within the Rushmoor Borough Council area mainly around the towns of Aldershot and Farnborough.
