LLA intends to award to three suppliers on a zero value framework agreement basis. Three year agreement with the option to extend twice, each extension for a period of 1 year (3 + 1 + 1). Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
