[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Scope of the Minor Works Framework: Construction 2019 (the Framework) is building, extension refurbishment, adaptation and associated works to the Client's own properties and to properties of Customers. The Customer work is to generate income for the Client so it may subsidise its public service commitments. The works comprise minor construction work (e.g. Building of class rooms) to Sites belonging to the Client and Customers. The specification of the works shall be as described in the Scope and the Work Order. The Client proposes to make this Framework available to eligible contracting authorities and charities within the geographic regions of: the East Midlands (Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland), the West Midlands (Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire) Home Counties (Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire), East Anglia (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough), South West England (Gloucestershire), Yorkshire and The Humber (South Yorkshire). The Framework is intended to be used by the Client or eligible contracting authorities (the Customers) that it grants access. The Customers can include but are not limited to schools, academies, universities, district councils, county councils, city councils, libraries, police forces, fire brigades and charities or similar organisations. It is not possible to ascertain the precise value of any work which may be generated via the Client and Customers. However, based on the financial year 17/18 the Client's spend was 6 000 000 GBP. The value may increase as a result of the Client increasing its Client/Property portfolio, successful Joint Bidding defined in 2.4 or where new Customers call off from the Framework. Additional information: It is not possible to ascertain the precise value of any work which may be generated via the Client and Customers. However, based on the financial year 17/18 the Client's spend was 6 000 000 GBP. Due to the Client making the Framework available to third parties (Customers), it wishes to make allowances in the advertised Estimated total value: Range: between 20 000 000 GBP and 96 000 000 GBP Suppliers should note that any values quoted in these documents are given in good faith as a representation of past purchasing and current planning to assist you in submitting your offer.
