The contract includes the replacement of approximately 25 kitchens and 15 bathrooms. We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents, while providing an efficient and effective service. It is anticipated that the contract will start in June 2019, and will take 13 weeks to complete, ending in August 2019. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
