The Council is managing this procurement in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. These are services contracts being procured under the Light Touch Regime. The external brokerage service will support individuals who have been identified as requiring support to discharge/transition from a hospital or community setting into a more appropriate setting that best meets their care needs.
