The requirement does not include broker services. Lancaster University requires the provision of Insurance Services from Insurers, Re-insurers or Discretionary Mutuals. The University can deal with Insurers who insure directly with the University as well as those who normally operate through a Broker. The University has an appointed Insurance Broker, Henderson Insurance Brokers Ltd who will provide technical support and guidance to the University throughout this procurement exercise.
