The service will include the following core elements: - Coordination and administration of the designated Children & Family Centres and associated outreach provision; - Provision of a range of stay, play and learn opportunities; - Locality and community development, including volunteer coordination. The service is available to families with children and young people pre-birth to 19 (or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities). After selection, there are dialogue stages, a tender stage, a negotiation/clarification stage and award.
