The service will encourage 100% compliance and provide a frictionless customer-centric, multi-channel, socially inclusive road user charging scheme which is compliant with the UK government service standard. We are looking for a scalable and technologically mature service, which enables interoperability with other services, recognising the importance of data as an asset.
