The new student quarter will enhance people's perception of the University, harmonise with its surroundings and provide an attractive, high quality residential facility for students. The accommodation will be a key element of the campus experience, primarily for the student's living there, but also an indicator of the overall quality and aspirations of the University. The accommodation will have a designed life expectancy of 60 years with minimal maintenance and running costs.
