The contract covers all Periodic Servicing and Inspection, Routine and Responsive Maintenance to all installations within the boundaries of each group of properties as well as additional responsive maintenance to deal with day to day repairs, emergency or out of hours work and works specified from a Risk Assessment completed within a pre-defined time-scale.
