The aim is to work with the appointed Service Provider in minimising and mitigating risk ensuring the Council remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements. IMPORTANT: It shall be noted that a Service Provider carrying out the Legionella and Water Hygiene Monitoring contract (due to be awarded by the end of June 19) on behalf of the Council shall not be allowed to carry out this Risk Assessment report contract.
