The present 'structure' at the School has been in place since the head teacher arrived 5 years ago. The current financial situation of all schools is still not as positive as hoped and indeed forecasts show that there may be more additional 'real term' funding cuts in the future. The School has changed in both size and demographic since 2014 and the new communities coming into the school bring new challenges and we need to ensure that everything we do / undertake meets the needs of the pupils and staff and therefore contracts are deployed in the correct manner and strategically.
