Works will include for safely dismantling all existing fixtures and fittings, i.e. metal louvres to ground floor windows and external lighting and allow for reinstating on completion. Prepare existing exposed brick/block and supply and apply K Rend KR25-20 render system or similar approved. Include for minor concrete repairs to existing cills and repair existing subbase as per manufacturer's recommendations.
