The requirement covers a variety of Paint products ranging from Paints, Varnishes, Thinners, Fillers and corrosive preventatives. It will be tendered as one lot, for a duration of up to 4 years (configured as an initial 2 year period plus 1 x 2 year option period). All prices submitted must be firm (non variable) ex VAT and inclusive of delivery. Prices are requested for years 1 and 2 only. Years 3 and 4 are option years with prices to be negotiated with the winning bidder prior to the uptake of the option period. The estimated contract value is based on the estimated total value over 4 years.
