Payment terminals (cash, and cash with card) will be required for some kiosks. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTRACTS WILL ONLY BE AWARDED DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE KIOSKS THEMSELVES; PLEASE NO INTERMEDIARIES. There are 21 libraries across the County. There is also a library which is a joint venture between Worcestershire County Council and the University of Worcester.
