We are an independent, public interest body, set up by an Act of Parliament in 1997. We are a small organisation with 25 members of staff. We are tendering for the purchase and maintenance of: • 2 x multi-functional devices (photocopy/scanning) with A4/A3, fax function, B&W/colour print/copy capability; • a minimum of 2 x desktop printers each with at least 2 paper trays. Along with the purchase of devices, we require a maintenance contract to sit alongside all machines (to include toner, maintenance, parts, labour and call-outs - contract length and start date to be negotiated) and ideally some form of print management software to incorporate a secure print release function. ### Of note: Sharepoint & SQL Server Integration We operate multiple line-of-business applications that use Microsoft SQL Server databases for storage and retrieval of entity records and also operates Sharepoint 2013 (On Premises) for Records Management / Document Management purposes. We are seeking a solution that may ultimately facilitate tight integration between these products and the chosen models of Photocopiers.
