The key elements of work are required to be completed by late August 2019 for the new academic intake in September 2019; with early Sectional Completion of the two year 4 classrooms in mid-July, to allow orientation for the pupils before the Summer holidays RIBA Stage 3 design will be completed by the Client's design team who will take over the TA role on the client side.
