In addition, this supplier will manage all maintenance requirements of the networking equipment and Cisco products within the Datacentres and offices (patching and firmware upgrades) and providing necessary reports to support the service. Stonewater also expects the appointed supplier to be able to provide fourth line support for all Operating Systems and hardware against agreed service levels.
