We are seeking tenders for the refurbishment of the pond sited within Lydekker Park, against our tender specification. A budget of up to £30,000 has been set aside for this project. Contractors are invited to submit their own design suggestions based around our brief, noting any amendments or omissions that are deemed to be required to meet the budget. The successful contractor awarded to undertake this tender should be able to provide examples of similar successful projects which they have been involved in.
